Sound familiar? Finding the motivation to work out during pregnancy can be hard, but the benefits are well worth it.

As a new mom, you can sometimes feel like you’re isolated from the world around you — stuck in the house with no one but your precious baby to talk to. But, it doesn’t have to be that way! 

The solution: Make exercise fun with group classes that add variety to your routine—and actually make you look forward to pulling on a sports bra. But, which exercises get the preggo and postpartum thumbs up? We take the guesswork out of it for you and put together the safest and most effective exercises for pregnancy and postpartum, along with modifications for each specific stage. We also have specific training in healing and strengthening the pelvic floor. Pelvic floor problems are common and often strip women of their body confidence after baby. It doesn’t have to be this way! You can strengthen your core, get strong and fit and gain body confidence in our class!

Fit Mom Foundations is our signature online group training program specifically designed for mamas and mamas-to-be. 

What’s Included in Fit Mom Foundations?

The program includes:

  • FULL ACCESS to a private Facebook group for on-going support, accountability, and a place to have all of your questions, comments, and concerns answered. THIS IS WHERE THE MAGIC WILL HAPPEN! We will be in the group daily with insight, solutions, strategies, and much more!

  • Monthly Workouts specific to your stage of pregnancy or postpartum, with an attached schedule/guideline to follow. ALL workouts will be 40 minutes or less and will involve minimal to no equipment.

We are so excited to present our pelvic floor workshop that we are about to pee our pants!

Did you know that being a mom should not sentence you to a life of no trampolines and questionable sneezes? Incontinence is common, but NOT normal after pregnancy.

A well functioning pelvic floor is such an important part of postpartum recovery. In this workshop you will learn:

•Basic pelvic floor anatomy and common dysfunctions so that you have all the information

•Hands on self diastasis recti assessments so that you know EXACTLY what’s going on with your own body

•Tools for proper pelvic floor function so that you have exercises you can start using immediately to begin healing

•Integrating tools into prenatal and postpartum exercise programs so that you can get back to your workouts
